Nervous System + Self-Trust
Before Sacred Garden, I was constantly in my head, overthinking everything and second-guessing my decisions. I felt exhausted trying to hold it all together. What shifted for me wasn’t just clarity. It was safety. For the first time, I feel calm in my body. I trust myself. I don’t spiral the way I used to. Now I make decisions from a place of knowing instead of fear, and everything in my life is starting to align because of that.
Letting Go of Control
